Gaatha POS Master Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Customer" or "Subscriber") and GAATHA Ventures Sh.P.K. ("Company"), governing your access to and use of Gaatha POS.

2. Permitted Operations & Account Integrity

Gaatha POS must be utilized strictly for legitimate restaurant, bar, and retail operations. You are responsible for ensuring that all terminal operators, cashiers, and store managers adhere to secure credential standards. You may not access or attempt to access another organization's store data or inventory records.

3. Financial Transactions & Tax Compliance

Gaatha POS provides software tooling for calculating sales totals, applying configurable tax rules, recording payment methods, and printing receipts. The customer remains exclusively responsible for the fiscal accuracy of tax calculations, compliance with local sales tax/VAT reporting authorities, and merchant processing agreements.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all operational relationships are governed by the laws of Albania. Any legal proceedings arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Albania.
