Gaatha POS Privacy & Data Processing Policy

1. Information We Process

Gaatha POS processes operator credentials, store configuration, menu pricing, transactional histories, inventory movements, customer loyalty phone numbers/names (when entered by operators), and system audit logs necessary to provide robust POS operations.

2. Role of the Parties

Customer organizations act as the Data Controller with respect to their customer data and employee records processed through the POS terminals. GAATHA Ventures Sh.P.K. operates as a Data Processor providing cloud hosting, database synchronization, and support infrastructure.

3. Data Security & Retention

We deploy modern encryption, isolated multi-tenant database partitions, and automated backups. Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus required legal accounting retention periods.
