Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GaathaCore platform (https://gaatha.tech) and its public modules: Gaatha Suite, Gaatha POS, and Sentira. By logging into, configuring, or interacting with any service, you and the business entity you represent agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Sovereign Multi-Module Architecture
GaathaCore mediates authenticated access to distinct business applications. Customers acknowledge that:
- Each product maintains isolated database instances and dedicated role-based permission sets.
- Cross-product data synchronization occurs strictly through authenticated APIs and does not merge database ownership.
- PostPilot is an internal utility not licensed or exposed for public customer use.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for: maintaining secure credentials, configuring appropriate user role assignments, ensuring lawful deployment of POS transactions and CCTV monitoring feeds, obtaining necessary workforce or customer consent, and ensuring all uploaded content complies with applicable laws.
4. Sentira Monitoring & AI Advisory Notice
Sentira provides software tooling for visual intelligence and event awareness. Detections, bounding boxes, and alert notifications are probabilistic automated summaries. Sentira does NOT make binding legal, employment, or governmental determinations. Customers retain full responsibility for human review prior to taking any disciplinary, regulatory, or operational actions.
5. Availability, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under Albanian law, GAATHA Ventures Sh.P.K. disclaims all implied warranties. In no event shall GAATHA Ventures Sh.P.K. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, CCTV connectivity failure, or data loss.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
